Once our full-service planning package is booked, we will meet somewhere mutual and gather all of your ideas and wants for your event! Your budget, estimated guest count, and location are the first pieces of information I will need. From there you will receive a custom proposal and inspiration board that virtually shows your event, better showing you what you can get decor-wise, food-wise, and more, with the budget your comfortable with. Everything will be laid out with every number and every detail so you won't have any surprises on your big day! 
We will send your invitations and save the dates, track RSVPs, book all vendors and create an extensive timeline for the event to better manage vendor arrival and set up times. Your event day will be taken care of by a lead planner and 2 assistants. We will set up your personal decor items and we will tear them down at the end of the night, ensuring they get to their correct home after the event!

Sometimes referred to as "day-of-coordination" or "month-of-coordination", any short term package typically starts a month before your event. Our job would be to collect the vendors you have booked, double-check their contracts, and make sure they arrive on time and do their job the day of the event. We will create a timeline if you don't already have one, and stay for the duration of the event to make sure everything goes off without a hitch and to communicate with vendors and guests about activities throughout the night. This might be ushering guests into reception or tracking down the videographer so they don't miss the speeches (this has actually happened before :[  ).
Depending on guest count, this package includes one lead planner and 1-2 assistants. We will set up and tear down your personal items ensuring they find their correct home at the end of the night. This package includes a 1 hr. rehearsal for weddings and 1 (1 hr.) meeting beforehand.

Short-Term Coordination + Package!
Our Short Term Plus Package includes everything our Basic Short Term Package does, but we will be available to take on up to 3 projects from the moment you book us. This can include things like sending out invitations, creating a layout, or even finding and booking your florist! We are here to make this process a bit easier, and less expensive than a full-service wedding planner. Unlike our basic Short Term Package, our Plus Package includes up to 3 meetings prior to your event (1 hr. wedding rehearsals are separate and always included).
